
Cédric Chausse is a qualified architect, masterplanner and urban designer with 10 years’ experience. He manages various scales of mixed use and residential projects for public and private sectors in the UK and abroad.
In 2013 as an independent architect, he was shortlisted in the RIBA International Competition ’Vauxhall – The missing Link’ for a masterplan in one of the biggest urban regeneration centre in Europe. He also won the second prize of the ‘Europan’ Competition in 2011 for a masterplan in the suburb of Copenhagen, Denmark. In 2015, their second Europan was in Bamberg, Germany.
Cédric works in Architecturestudio in Paris. He is a construction site architect for an high standing office refurbishment and new buildings in the French capital and French Caribean Island.
Until 2017 at BDP, Cedric had a significant involvement in the Retail Sector for projects in France from London and contributed to different residential masterplans in the UK. He also did few studies and urban guidelines in England. He also worked for HOK in London or Arc.Ame in Paris, being involved in important regeneration projects, from small interventions in the public realm to leading infrastructure projects. In London, he was also part of international teams designing masterplans in Eastern Europe, Middle East and Asia.
Cedric has extensive experience in urban design and architecture, ranging from small projects to the major city layouts. His experience covers all Work Stages: bids, concept design, technical design and tender documentation, construction monitoring through to final completion.
